Barely get by in a skills competition against a team that played the night before. Kings have a big issue. They continue to struggle scoring goals.

How can a team put a game away early when they continually struggle to score goals?

Glad to get two points. Lots of guys played well, including Lizotte, Kempe and Kopitar. With that said, Kopitar's ice time tonight was absolutely ridiculous. This was a random game not even halfway through the season, not game 7 on the Cup Final. 26 minutes is absurd

Kings desperately need another D that can play in OT. That shot Roy took was just flat out stupid. Not his fault though, he's not an offensive D.

I'm glad for the win but when we have the puck so much it becomes really apparent how terrible TM is at bench management.

Kopitar had literally almost 3x the icetime of the Turcotte line. That's absolutely absurd. especially since it just keeps happening. Kopitar got more icetime in OT than Turcotte/Kupari/Grundstrom got in the 3rd.
