From the Capitals perspective, this feels almost exactly like the type of game the Kings always lose.

You're at home, playing an opponent you think you should beat, against a nobody goalie. Said goalie decides to have the game of his life, you can't score on the PP, you let the opponent hang around and they get a bounce at the end of the game to beat you.

Honestly, the thing that stood out most was the MULTIPLE shot blocks Durzi had on Ovechkin. Durzi was the only reason we made it out 6/6 on the PK tonight.

Kempe Iafallo and Lizotte took ownership and its good to see. Lemieux and Andersson bring some much needed moxy. Kupari and Grundstrom played well also. Defense held their own vs Ovi.
Was a bad game for them until that Lizotte goal but guys stepped up and showed some pride.
