Yup same here I listened to a lot of Nick Nickson as a youngster and to hear him tell the caller the Kings wanted someone else made me sick.

They're going for a "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" type vibe for the TV production, Nick is far too professional and informative to be on the TV broadcast. The radio broadcast is excellent, both Nick and Daryl do a great job. Tonight we've got a real treat - the usual duo yelling over each other and yelling at us and the Tostitos/Corona/Soda Stream salesman down at ice level rambling. Can't take it serious at all.

What happened to Trevor Moore? He regressed a lot.

Moore doesn't look like he's really going hard on the forecheck. He gets a few chances here and there, and he's had a few pretty good games, but nowhere near consistent enough to play him 82 games as a bottom 6 winger. He's not creating things like he did last year.
He's been given some rope, deservedly so, but I think he's going to be sitting some when Byfield, Vilardi, Turcotte, etc are ready to get (a)another chance.

VERY nice seeing them not cough up a lead, but rather further lock it down. Defense, offense, special teams, ENG, playing hard with the lead...all encouraging. All but Brown

There were a few scary moments that were mitigated by Quick but Oettinger played a hell of a game as well, no one is stopping that Kaliyev release.
