What about BLuc?Melrose thinks TM should be fired.

My thinking exactly...for around 4-5 years.Multiple coaches and the same problems still exist. Let’s stop blaming the coaches and look at the damn players. They’re the only common denominator at this point. If the kids are gonna learn, let them learn, this notion that losing breeds losing we can’t trade Kopitar or Doughty because we have no replacement bs is a self fullfilling prophecy. Move the tired core, let the kids have the reigns.

f*** this team man
I always thought it was Nickson who said he wanted to stay in the booth. I don't have a problem with our guys, except at times, Jim talks more than he needs, something Bob could always keep in check.
Oh I know it, we've seen even Frolov execute it well
Not sure I want it ruled interference as the vast majority of cases are a player actually steeling up and protecting themselves but I get what you're saying. In some cases the intent is clearly to drop your checker.

What's the big deal? Clague's been in the system for years, had three seasons to lock down a spot, and been passable at best, outmuscled a lot. He's not a difference-maker, so why get all bent out of shape when a #6/7 D goes on waivers?
Anybody give a crap where Paul LaDue is right now? Because that situation is pretty much the same as this, only two years ago.

The only area of the broadcast that’s done well is the intermission team. Stoll has been a good addition and I haven’t seen Armstrong in awhile, hopefully he’s been let go.I think they wanted to make it Jim's booth and they brought in the perfect guy for that, a young guy no one had heard of. Bringing in Nickson would have made it Nick's booth.
Either way, the Kings are right up there as the worst broadcast duo in the league right now, it's painful to listen to a lot of nights.
Heat needs to be on management not coaching IMO. Bluc has built this roster and hired the current coach after hiring two other coaches that also failed.top paid coach to not make the playoffs or play the kids
Ladue was 6th round pick who was passed over twice in the draft and wasn't called up to the NHL until his mid 20s. Clague was mid 2nd round pick who has shown better at the NHL level than the AHL and is now getting waived again in favor of Maatta who we all know isn't going to be on the team next year. I'm not saying Clague is a future #2 defenseman, but in all honesty its not good asset management. Its one thing to prefer Muzzin over Hickey because Muzzin was better player despite the draft pedigree. I don't think many will agree Maatta is better to have than Clague at this point.
