But I get it, you want to be negative because Luc did something and you can't stand Luc.....so it doesn't really what if anything he does, it just gives you an excuse to bitch.
See, this is where you are 100% wrong and you angrily act like a jerk towards several people based on this assumption.
I, myself, don't dislike Luc or Blake. I dislike components of what they've done. But I've largely been defending Blake especially up until this season.
This season, the Kings need to get younger and better, especially in key roles.
They are admittedly competing for the playoffs, which is good. The question is, after the current vets are retired/unable to carry a team, are we confident the youth will be prepared to carry the torch to continue being competitive?
As far as top-6 forwards, I don't have that confidence yet with prospects, for reasons previously discussed ad nauseam.
With Luc bringing in a friend, it's not necessarily bad he brings in a friend. For example, if he brought in Steve Yzerman, who at least has cup wins as an executive (though I have qualms about his body of work).
Conversely, if Luc brought in Chiarelli, I won't be happy just because he's an "outsider." And that's because Chiarelli's body of work is terrible.
There are people with specific issues with management and/or decisions. That doesn't mean they dislike Blake or Luc. However, even if they do, it doesn't make the points wrong. The sooner you recognize and differentiate that, the better your discussion experience would be.
I do not like Bergevin. I may like some moves he did. I may like his contributions to LA - I'm willing to concede if his contributions are largely beneficial. As of now, though, I don't like it. I would dislike it if Lombardi brought him in. But just like the rest of the staff, all I can do is have an initial response and evaluate on his body of work based on the data brought our way.
