Miller still got a bit of a learning curve ahead of him to fine tune his defensive game. At the same time, I don’t think he has any big issues.

BUT, he is top-notch at stepping up players high/early, and that is both tremendously valuable as well as a rare ability in a defender. He is also quick when going out to the corners fetching pucks and putting pressure on forward.

Miller have faced some criticism but I am still always really impressed when I see him play. Think he has a real unique and valuable combination of abilities.

Overrated. Brandon Pirri 2.0. Islanders fans compared him to a bigger Phil Kessel. Even Kessel had brains just had other issues that can be fixed.
