I'd say it's still safe to say they have the best offensive d-men in the tournament. Sandin, Lundkvist and Soderstrom are elite talents at this level.

Finland has 3 guys that are of the Soderstrom tier - Honka, Thomson, Heinola
Russia has Romanov and Zhuravlyov
Canada doesn't really have anyone at this tier
USA also doesn't have a standout offensive dman

I'd say Byram is certainly in the "Soderstrom tier", to say the least. Ty Smith is pretty good as well.
