ADA remains a prime trade candidate.

Balance, will be a big focus of this team. They are not going with a smaller, offensive-driven defense.

Thats great but who plays the left side? We have Lindgren and thats it. We better be trading ADA to get a center.

We have so many players that play the right side of the defense. Is it because he is actually as good as people are saying or are we playing the game "we are smarter than every other team in the NHL" game

We still need C and LD. Our 1st round does nothing to fix that, and we traded a pick to get a player in an area we’re overloaded in.

I like the pick. You get an Apex Predator and the reigning Alpha Dog out of the WHL. You're adding a couple of high compete level players. I can appreciate building the right culture, you're getting to guys who are always on.

Don't hate it but we traded basically a shot a two forwards for a Dman (losing third rounder). A RHD. If Nils is the real deal where does he fit?

People always complain that the Rangers don't take BPA. Well, they just did. As Edge said, they had him 12th and they took him 19th. Now people are complaining that we didn't draft for need lol.
