The rangers did though. I really think they're gonna make it. We might need to rely on CBJ picking it up. We should trade Hainsey to CAR just to help our odds of NYI missing lol.We did our part last night but Carolina couldn't help us out.

It....it would help them, right?

It's only a deadline if you want the player to play in the playoffs. I'm sure CAR would take on Hainsey for the last month to try to get them in the playoffs.... Then he can just be the typical vet who is still around the team but doesn't play. Would cost them what, a 5th?You missed the deadline, bro?

Ottawa probably stands pat cause it means we are losing depth and you want to still keep Belleville strongIt's only a deadline if you want the player to play in the playoffs. I know size and all that... but what an amazing run Seth Jarvis is on right now.

I see him at the end of the 1st in some lists, lower on most, but I have to think he's going higher. PD should be looking to trade up into the last 10 spots of the 1st to grab him, imo. Kid can skate and that production is through the roof.
"He does everything at full speed and he can really skate," Johnston said. "He's got quick hands, he's got quick feet, he drives the net at full speed, he attacks defenders at full speed. And he's got good vision."
"His compete level is what really draws you to him when you initially see him," John Williams of NHL Central Scouting said. "That's been there from the time he came into the league a year ago as a 16-year-old. Like a lot of the really good players, if his offensive game is not going he does other things to help the team win. He can make defensive plays, he's a good penalty killer, anything that helps his team win. ... I think he's got a high hockey IQ and that's what allows him to be successful offensively, too."Jarvis finding form during strong season in WHL
Just found some highlights of him. They are from his last two seasons. Do you have any opinions on how he has improved from these clips and how he is playing this season?Brady Burns is a name to keep your eye on for the Sens
If we don't get Byfield or Lafrenière... I'd be extremely happy still with the trio of Stutzle, Perfetti and Quinn.
You hear something? I know Brady well, and the whole family. I think they would be over the moon thrilled that he ends up with Drake in Ottawa.Brady Burns is a name to keep your eye on for the Sens
