I don't get it...we need a pure goal scorer other than Caufield .... Chromiak led all rookies in the OHL ... he may have his warts but so did a guy names Mike Bossy ...couldn't play D, but that worked out pretty well.

Just realized Pens took goalies with their first 2 picks: Blomqvist then Clang.

They seem to do that a lot, like with Jarry and Gustavsson.

They can't sell their picks if their lives depended on it.

And since Timmins has a prejudice against the Q or offensive-only minded players from the Q (unless they benchpress 500 pounds and run the 100m in 8.75, they are doing a bad job.

If Ghule and one of Mysak, Biondi, Farrel, or Tuch are top 6 it's a great draft.

And this is literally how everyone should be viewing this and most drafts in general....its like people think every pick we make has to make the NHL 100% but it just doesnt work like that....

Last summer after his 72 points season all Habs fans wanted him re-signing long term and become the #1 center for years to come.

This year he is good riddance and not worth the trouble.

Ghule, Mysak, Biondi, Farrell & Tuch are all legit prospects. Habs have done ok.

Tuch would likely be that 3rd liner who levels someone, Tuchs the puck in and makes the opposing forwards speed up their plays leading to mistakes.

The uncertainty of what we had in suzuki AND his emergence, changed everything.

Domi as it turns out, was merely a stop gap, Suzuki is a MUCH better player and option for top 6 C, and we will better off for it, and we get a power forward with speed out of it, its a great trade honestly

Ya, he really didn’t help himself by pouting himself on the 4th line, then proceeded to pout more.

I don’t dislike the player and he should’ve been on a more offensive line but man, it’s the playoffs, make something happen, you playing mainly against 4th liners, work your way back to the top line.....to me was a bit selfish on his part, wanted to show his displeasure at the expense of team success.
