I think I've posted on that extensively. But the most important thing is that I WOULDN'T have done about 75% of the things Blake has done.

Have you forgotten the TWO STANLEY CUPS we won with him? Because Tmac,Murray etc can't say that. All they have in common with Sutter is the team not playing well.....eventually.....without the winning part. Now it is fair to say Tmac's roster is insufficient compared to, but to imply the coaches are similar is foolish imo.

Who compared the coaches? This core eventually quit on Sutter? Is that a wrong statement? The term eventually means that at some point, that happened, because it did.
 
Blake slept on trading for Nate Schmidt and instead had Maata to show for his work during an extended offseason.

The only thing Rob Blake is good at is kicking the can down the road and coming out after the fact and admitting he’s learning in the job while making mis judgements.

The sooner this moron and that clown Luc are fired, the sooner we can have some hope.

I've defended Blake for a while, but this shit is unacceptable. Every part of this organization just is unenjoyable. I can't watch our horrible broadcast and the effort on ice is just pathetic. We have an exciting prospect pool, but this is just bad to watch. It's almost as bad as the WD40 year and now I realize that wasn't even long ago.

Blame,fault...plenty to go around tonight...Moore lost his man on the first goal,Vilardi didn't tie his man's stick on the 2nd...Roy not getting in the way of the howitzer by Chychrun...Petersen not coming out to cut down the angle on the "Rick"Kessell goal. Brown doing zip,Yafallo fumbling and bumbling...Kopi can't carry these guys forever so I think its time for the Twin coattails to take a fricking hike...not sure JAD is a centre would rather have him on the LWing since he's pretty strong on the boards and this team needs boardmen

What grips me? WHY does Todd break up successful lines, when one finally gels?

Jad, Grundstrom, Moore was the best line for about 5 or 6 games, EVERY night and then they may have been a little off for 1 game,
and he breaks it up? YET, keeps a failing Brown on line 1, after he's losing it more and more each game. Put AA on line 1.

Brown, last 25 games (6+ weeks!) 5 goals and minus 13 ! And really getting beat on the boards for first time in his career.
And botching plays, unlike ever before. So, move him to line 3.

Then Gabe, Kempe and Moore were the best line last game and he breaks them up? WTAF? Puts Wagner with them?
Wagner cannot handle a puck and rarely makes an NHL level play with one. SHTTT.
Gabe had his best game in 2 months and he removes Moore and puts ECHL Wagner with him again?

Tired if the dual standard with Clague and Andersson. Need Clagues speed and offensive instincts, as the Kings' D has the least
amount of shots in the NHL. Andersson gets 1 game and scores a goal with 2 defenders on him at the goal - one of the few Kings
that goes to the net - and he does it when playing with scrubs like Luff and Wagner - and he almost had 2 more that game.
And the next game, he was ok and looked fine and then sent down again. BS! He has legit skills, shot, goes to the net, MAKES PLAYS, skates
fine...and never gets a legit chance. It's Bullshtt. Goes to Ontario and has 14 pt in 13 games, 3 shorties and a few wicked shots.
It's baffling why he does not get a real chance. Massively more skill and talent then Lizotte, Wagner, Luff, and Lemieux.

I hope Todd does not find out Moverare is best friend's with Lias...he will probably get screwed too.

Could have had Devon Toews cheaply as well. He really is a terrible GM.

Don’t even get me started comparing Bowlby to an actual superstar player who stayed loyal to his team and led them to cups.

If it wasn’t for Joe Sakic, Blake would be known as a mercenary who had a couple good individual seasons.

Your quote, not mine.

It's not about who they quit on. It's about who they play for. They played for Sutter for a time. They Never played for Stevens, and they haven't played for Tmac.

What’s comical is how much Sakic was torn to shreds on here, similar to what we’re reading about Blake, in his first couple of seasons as Avs GM. My how things have changed after making some homerun picks who developed nicely for them.

My post probably read like I’m a fan of Sakic as a GM, but I’m not. His team hasn’t won anything, so any praise is premature at best. My comment was about the player.

But the Toews trade was better than any trade Blake has made. Not hard to find many GMs in the league better than Rob Blake.

The only joke is the product on the ice. It’s too bad most fans are dumb enough to think the team is headed in the right direction just because there is a collection of 19 year olds who were good playing against children.

Why would you think they are joke posts? Blake admitted that a top 4 LHD was a major need and two of them were traded for pennies on the dollar. Blake had the cap space and assets to get them and it certainly shouldn't have been a secret around the league that they were available. Is he to be held accountable for nothing?
 
We got to chill a bit. Right now we have 4 players over 27 years old on the roster. 1 is Quick who doesn’t play every night.

on any given night we have a dozen players 23 and under on the roster. We have teenagers on the active roster and have called up a few you guys to get a taste.

The roster has been stripped. Blake and go say they will add this summer and we ha a top 3 prospect pool with plenty more picks and a ton of cap.

This was a show me season to see what they had. Now they can see and adjust accordingly
 
The thing that actually pisses me off is our pp. has for years. So predictable.

we have Defenceman that can’t score but every pass seems to go perimeter back to the point. It’s pathetic.
