When the team does the end of the year evaluations you have to seriously look at who performed,who to keep and who to let go and find other forms of work! And if you're 30 something if your name isn't Kopi-Star take a fricking hike. The last 10 or so games should be spent on who can play with Kopi and who can't and give them a serious look not just a fricking shift or two or game or two...And its time to bring up the kids from Ontario...3-4 at a time...like to see if Byfield can play LWing with Kopi and while the Kings are at it lets find a RWinger for numero once!Lets see if Kupari and Turcotte can play 2nd-3rd line Centre...if Thomas,Kaliyev,Fagemo can play the Wing and succeed at the NHL level

They quit on Terry Murray, they eventually quit on Sutter, they quit on the coach they wanted in John Stevens (and I won’t even bother to describe what they did under Willie Desjardins). McLellan has had to work with the worst lineups this team could ice over the past couple of seasons. No coach will get results with this group of forwards and dmen.

I don't think Iafallo counts as the leadership. He is a solid player who can play up and down the lineup, but he is not someone who is responsible for the lackluster play the Kings have suffered through for the past while.

Well on the first Kaprizov goal Yafallo had the Wild forward in his sights and didn't sacrifice his body to nullify the scoring attempt and goal

Maatta isn't half as bad as people make him out to be...Defensively the Kings have been quite soft at times and that's through the course of the last few years

Yea he hasnt been bad since getting moved off the top pair and playing smaller minutes. Though I hope he is not needed on the roster beyond this season.

I never hesitate to point fingers at BLuc, but the problem has been development since DL’s tenure.

There is not any reason why guys like Glenn Murray and Nelson Emerson got put in charge of development other than pure nepotism.
