Yup! But due to covid, relegation wont be happening for the 2021 WJC, so every team in this years tournament will be playing in next years WJC.
Wasn't 100%, but got confirmation after a quick google search

Who is hating on Zegras? Kid's on a whole other level. He's gonna be really good. I hate it. Side note, Faber looks so good. I can't toot this kid's horn enough. He's USA's #1 defenseman at this point.
I can see the knocks on Kaliyev, hes just a big body who cruises around at a leisurely pace. Turcotte must take 10 strides to Kaliyevs 1. The coaches will need to be very selective with who his line mates are, Vilardi would be ideal.
Faber is a Bjornfot clone, just rock solid with 0 mistakes

In my defense, my statements knocking him were before he was drafted.
Though it's pretty obnoxious how much they were drooling over him. Caufield had a quiet night so they stopped obsessing over him.

Turcotte deserves some love tonight. Really improved his faceoff total from last night and driving hard all night long and probably could've had 5 points in the first period alone if not for the Austrian goalie.

I know we like to talk a lot about our blue chips, but man Brock Faber has been my favorite player so far. Kid is playing phenomenal hockey right now.

Faber did not go end to end...he started 20 feet from his goal, in the corner, went behind his goal (already htting full speed) with an Aus in pursuit; and
then went end to end. Almost beat the last 2, with that one getting his stick on the puck. 250 foot rush! He will actually be good offensively.
Playing with Ryan Johnson in Minnesota the rest of the year, he will only improve all facets. Probably grow an inch and 10 more pounds this time next year too.
Or even a half inch and 5 pounds, no matter.
