The Finnfolks have for a while been saying that E2's timetable for NHL readiness would be this fall, but I've been laughing at them for wishful thinking as the room in roster is not there.

But looks like I might've been a fool. He maybe doesn't fit in to roster, but he probably is ~ready.
If a fifth line was an actual thing E2 and Goat would be on it.

Sorry, I am totally reading something into those lines.
Yes. It very much is a "I'm taking my shirt off, don't look at my boobs" kind of situation.

Washington, DC.
At what point does some fan of another team wander in here and not get the sarcasm? When will we see our first Necas trade proposal?

This post will self destruct in 30 seconds.

Remember the Faulk hates Carolina stuff that wouldn't die and actually hit the "legitimate" hockey media? Remember how we deliberately started that as a joke?

Yeah.

**** you. I have a great memory.

Getting back on topic, who do you think will have a better game tonight giving them a leg up? Boychuk,Dalpe, Bowman or Samson?

No matter what, the future is bright.

I am taking your omission of Gregory Hoffman as a personal attack. He's still in the system by the way. 26, and the Canes are still believe in him.

Who's better, and who do you think will eventually be better between priskie and sellgren?

It's tough to tell. Sellgren is more likely to play in the league for a while. Priskie is more likely to have an impact. I honestly don't think either of them are top four guys.

If our five top four defensemen become three with a trade of Faulk and a loss of Hamilton to free agency, our next fourth d-man would come from these guys, in this order, IMO: TvR, Bean, Fleury.

BTW, Luszczyszyn is out with Team No. 9 and it's the Washington Capitals 96.7 points, 70 percent chance to make the playoffs, four percent to win the Cup.

Here's the rest of the Metro. Haven't seen Pittsburgh or Carolina yet.

26. New York Rangers
Projected points: 84.9 points
Playoff chances: 19 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 0.2 percent

22. Columbus Blue Jackets
Projected points: 87.3 points
Playoff chances: 27 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 1 percent

20. New York Islanders
Projected points: 89.2 points
Playoff chances: 35 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 1 percent

18. Philadelphia Flyers
Projected points: 91.5 points
Playoff chances: 46 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 1 percent

15. New Jersey Devils
Projected points: 93.0 points
Playoff chances: 53 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 2 percent

9. Washington Capitals
Projected points: 96.7 points
Playoff chances: 70 percent
Stanley Cup chances: 4 percent

Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I just do not see TvR as top-4 material. Like, at all...not even as a temporary fill-in.

Looking around the league, TVR could be a #1 RHD in some places (cough Winnipeg cough)

I think TvR could play as a #4 defenseman, but he would have to have the right partner. Of the other three in the scenario laid out above, it would have to be Slavin, no way I'm putting him with Gardiner.
