The only place I could see wanting Hank is MAYBE Columbus. Doubt anyone else would.

I heard one unsubstantiated rumor that Karlsson was selling Hank hard on San Jose, but even if that were true I can't think of any way SJ could fit him and be cap compliant - even with retention.

My dilemma being, I run the risk of possibly missing the first few picks if I decide to stop by Total Wine for beer and end up getting stuck in traffic. Yes I’ve heard that too and heard they even inquired at the deadline but like you I have no clue how they would even fit him. They have to pay their kids and pavelski isn’t even signed. Horseshoeing 8 and change into their cap seems impossible.

But make no mistake Hank is going to cause a problem when Shesterkin says alright I’m done screwing around in Hartford. I’m 23 years old. Bring me up or I’m going back to SKA. That won’t happen this season (hopefully) but it most certainly will next year and I’m not moving Georgie who I actually think may be better.
