Right when I start work. I should be able to see the Kakko pick but if one of the trades does happen and we pick again in the 1st, I probably won't know about it until 10:45 or so

I wonder if Vancouver shifts and look at Justin Faulk instead of Tyson Barrie now that Faulk is officially on the market. Benning likely fell in love with the idea of Barrie running the PP after that 5 PPG 5 point night Barrie had against them two years ago.

I highly doubt we will go through this draft without seeing some trades. Always the calm before the storm heading into the top of the hour. I’m sure with a deep draft like this one there’s probably a lot hinging on what players become available to the teams that hold picks that may be trade chips. I’m sure there’s deals in place already there’s been too much smoke to not see anything (and this means league-wide, not necessarily for the Rangers)
Whatever happens we are adding a franchise talent to our ranks tonight so I could really care less if the rest of the evening turns out uneventful or not

Only in the sense that I spent a lot of time researching players that might be available at 20, but how can you be let down when we're drafting top 3 for the first time in 50 something years?
