Yea i dont blame him on the last 2 goals either.Don’t think the last 2 goals were Hank’s fault. 2nd goal was a lucky bounce that was nearly impossible to stop and the 3rd one Hank couldn’t even see the puck
Though he didn't get an assist, he intercepted the pass for goal #3 which started the counter attack. Also Kakko on the ice for every Finnish goal.Exciting move by Kakko there))
He could be a plus 8 tonight and Ferraro would say he’s invisible lol

Yeah, not sure how a fluke bounce causing the puck to change 10 feet in direction is a bad goal to hang on the goalie. 3rd that guy jumped directly in his face, not sure what anyone expects any goalie to do there except get lucky and hope the puck hits them.Don’t think the last 2 goals were Hank’s fault. 2nd goal was a lucky bounce that was nearly impossible to stop and the 3rd one Hank couldn’t even see the puck

We've been in the pattern for 2 years now where any goal against Lundqvist is a bad goal - periof. It's be people expect vintage Hank and bc he's not perfect 26 year old Hank anymore with <5 soft goals a year against him. He's an average goalie now, ppl need to stop expecting perfection.
Ridiculous thing is the same people who hate on him now were the same ones hating on him when he was still Vezina caliber almost perfect Lundqvist. C'est la vie.
Who cares how much he makes? Cap isn't an issue for us. Only two years of term left.I don’t hate on him for any of those reasons. I hate on him because he’s still paid like he is perfect and he’ll stand in the way of the kids because he is who he is. You can’t keep a goalie around as he ages like you can with a position player. There’s nowhere to hide.
Seider gives the puck away, fights back, regains possession, starts a play that ultimately ties the game for Germany.
Seider looks like German K'Andre Miller only right-handed shot, same good size, great skating and some offensive upside I'll tell you.
Perfectly stated.Hank is getting older.
The cap isn't an issue.
If a kid can't overtake him, that's on the kid; Quinn is clearly willing to ride the hot hand in net.
Not only that, but Hank recommended Georgiev for multiple starts, was the first guy jumping onto the draft lottery congratulations train, and in taking that backseat to the future has proven (insulting to think there was ever a doubt) that he ****ing bleeds blue.
There's a very real chance that one of, if not the, best player in franchise history is going to retire in two years. And he wants to do it a Ranger.
Just enjoy the last few seasons of a legend.
Christ.
