OT: 2019 Football Thread: Part III – Danny Dimes and Sammy Spleens Edition

Darnold was terrified of dying for real. he NEVER should have been brought back. A kid with a question mark for a spleen and a league worst offensive line. Add in terrible WR's who do not get separation AND refuse to go up for 50/50 balls.

I do not blame Darnold at all. He was flirting with actually dying on Monday and it broke him. IDGAF about Dallas. Dallas is crap. They beatup a bunch of trash, started feeling big and got smacked in the mouth like they do every year.

3 of those picks were thrown up at 1 on 1 battles and each time his WR refused to even try. This kid is possibly going to die out there an these piece of shit bums aren't fighting tooth and nail to go up for those balls. On a night when Darnold was pissing himself he had the biggest balls out of anyone on the offense

I do have legitimate questions about Sam ever being a real QB. I've seen VERY worrying hings but I have to throw out everything I saw on Monday

Lol, don't act like Dallas is a trash team. Very far from it. Let's call it for what it is. Darnold played well against Dallas, and absolutely crapped the bed against the Patriots. Of course, not all of it is on him. The o-line continues to be a major liability.

Let me point out I have np with it if you think it really was just him having a bad game. If you understood what you read then you'd realize I was referencing that as a real possibility in the end of my last post. But with the way you condescendingly dismissed my post while asserting your own opinion as the unquestionable king? Nah.

I portrayed 'dem Cowboys!' as what they are: slightly above average. They beat up trash, they get big, they f*** up and get their flaws exposed when it's time for them to take the next step. Dallas is a choke franchise with bad leadership, shit coaching and it has been coasting as a 90s nostalgia act for its desperate fanbase for as long as Spawn has been a memory.The last time Jerry Jones did something competent was when he and Goodell both finished taking turns hosing down the deck with piss on the S.S. Jackass

Eff the cowboys and their annual overrated, over-hype horse crap.

The Jets played a good game against them. They played up to their potential in that game while Dallas, a team without a single win against a team above .500 (yes, really) played down to theirs. Dropped passes, blown 92 yard coverages, terrible play calls. That game wasn't about proving to the world that the Jets are here. It proved dem Boys were still what they've been.

Darnold was exactly what I described in my post. If you want to offer up cliche, lame platitudes about how it was just him simply crapping the bed then that's your choice. I wouldn't want to admit that my thought process goes about as far as I can throw a panzer tank but hey, you do you.

Dallas is decent. 8-8 or 9-7 type of team which in that division may be enough to win it.

It's not like Dallas played like crap against the Jets. They had more possession and total yards, fewer turnovers, 25+ first downs including 10+ 3rd down conversions. NFL teams are 90-1 in those spots since 1991 with the only loss being Dallas Jets.

That call against the giants where instead we get the ball with momentum 2 mins to go instead gifts Detroit a field goal and they get the ball to start the half

these games are just too close to have officiating this bad every friggen week.
 
The Giants' defense is the f***ing worst. The O-line is garbage. Their best receiver is a 5th round rookie. At least Jones played well.
