Unfortunately, I don't think it's because Kopi wants others to shoot and not himself. It's that he constantly thinks it's better to maintain possession and peel back and pass if he thinks he doesn't have a great chance to score. He's always looking for the best opportunity to score, which unfortunately doesn't often materialize when he passes the puck because not only is he the best shooter on his line, but he's also the best playmaker. So the odds of someone else taking his pass and converting it into a scoring chance or setting someone else up isn't great. Sometimes the best scoring chance is the one which presents itself right off the zone entry and on the rush. I don't think his mentality will ever really change. So let's hope that Kopi isn't washed up by the time he's lined up with true finishers.
