It was an idea. I didn't say it was a good idea.

Brown last 16 games: 1 goal, 3 assists. ..and that's with 19 minutes of ice and first line. Think this is the beginning of the end...not the end...the beginning of the end. The end could be a 1+ year thing.
Brown has been nearly invisible away from Kopitar. He might be a $6 million 4th line energy forward soon.
Also goes to show you how good Kopitar is. Put Brown back on his wing, Brown can score 50 points again. Carter struggling? Put him on Kopi’s wing.

Brown is the one King player who has proven he plays better when he's being criticized. Time for TMac to point his finger in Brown's direction.

Huh?

Brown has 1 assist and no goals in his last 13 games with Kopitar, but put up 3 points in the 3 games he was taken off that line. He has no points at all in the last 5, all on Anze's wing.

Yeah, apparently he's lazy and a poor leader at the very least, according to some fans on here.

Kopitar is also bad around the holidays because his mom makes cabbage rolls or some such thing. That was either posted here or on LGK a year before they won the cup to explain a scoring drought.

Ha, I didn't hear that one. Must be true, though, because it was posted after all....

Legend has it Kopitar has no heart, desire or will. He just goes with the flow.

If he accepted to wear the letter, it was only due to the fact that he doesn't have the balls to decline the offer.

Brown has three points at 5 vs 5 over the past month (14 games), and Kopitar was on the ice for two of them. Brown has been mostly invisible. He hasn't even been good with Kopitar, but pretty much having no impact otherwise.

Just 2 cups and one of most underrated players in the NHL..

Brown's on pace for roughly 40pts, a little below his average but not by much. He's always been roughly a .5PPG player. Hopefully he's not nursing an injury of some kind and he breaks out of his slump. He had a pretty great start to the year.

Which should make Kopitar's six game point streak that much more impressive since Brown wasn't doing anything (not playing bad) and according to some here Iafallo shouldn't even be in the NHL sooooo it's pretty strange that Kopitar sucks so bad/can't lead/is unproductive/can't cook.

Before he was told to stay in the press box I wanted to see a line of Kovalchuk-Kopitar-Carter. Kopitar's defensive acumen could help offset the lack Kovalchuk's.

Think that's what we all thought when they picked up Kovy but apparently his total freelancing doesn't mesh with Kopitar's bubble hockey on rails.
