One thing I really don't like about Zadina is that he tries to stick handled around everyone and once it gets poked off his stick he immediately gives up on the play

Chytil has been one of the top SOG generators in this tournament, don't know what you are talking about. Necas is so defensively responsible that his error lead to the first Canada goal. The coach has the right to do whatever he wants, doesn't mean its the correct decision.

Also, people put way too much into point totals at this tournament. Its a short tournament. As I mentioned, line combinations can factor in a lot, shooting percentages factor in. Chytil's been fine. If you thought he was a better prospect before this tournament than Necas and Zadina, you should think the same after this tournament. If you didn't, your opinion shouldn't really be changing.

What? Chytil isn't even a top shot generator on his own team.

It has nothing to do with points. It has everything to do with the fact that he's making poor decisions with the puck. He's had an underwhelming tournament for a guy who was projected to be an impact player for the Czech's.

Chytil has been awful tonight let’s be honest he was awful last 2 games as well.

Pesan called him his top center but he’s certainly not showing it

What I said. He's been one of the best shot generators the tournament. I believe he's been top 10 in SOG pretty much all tournament. Zadina also being one of the top shot generators doesn't mean Chytil hasn't.

Chytil is doing it too, at least Zadina is doing in the offensive zone.
Why bring up Chytil? But if you want to talk about him, as I've said, he hasn't been very good the past few games, but for the first 3/4 games of the tournament the other team literately couldn't get the puck from him at all in the offensive zone

Czech top line blew this game

two wide open nets on the PP necas and Zadina both miss

Necas two awful penalties lead to goals against

On the ice for the 4th goal bad defense by all 3 of them

He is frustrating me, so I'm ventilating.

Czech's probably weren't any better than Finland. Their goalie had a great game, and they were completely outplayed that game.

The way the seeding worked out really favored Canada in this tournament. USA, Sweden and Russia were all on a different side of the bracket than them. Russia didn't have a particularly strong team this year, but the other 3 powers at the tournament not being on their side of the bracket is a big help to them.

Canada, USAand Finland were in the same pool to start were they not? They played US outdoors, but Canada won the pool so got the benefits of the crossover match ups. So Canada has earned their positioning fairly.

Ahhh, I gotcha, and I feel the same way. Maybe this is the result of him getting crushed every other game so far?
Let's hope. I think he is getting frustrated and is trying to do too much. The game is over, the coach could try a Chytil-Necas - Zadina line for the sake of it.

It was USA, Canada and Finland.

Czech Republic beating Russia is what made the seeding for the playoffs so lopsided.

Canada also got a little lucky that they were in that position to begin with as the USA would've gotten that spot had they not lost to Slovakia, who they really shouldn't have lost to.
