Better than you
Ideally yes, but the NA held tournaments influences them alot.
I disagree.

Yeah. Unfortunate. I know a lot of people are just putting their kids in ball hockey now. Way cheaper and still decent hockey skills needed.Nobody cares about playing it here. It’s basically just a rich white kid sport now in Canada.
The thing is, every time it’s not a Canadian #1 it’s a big deal. That’s changing as other countries get better. So the fact that the past few years we’ve only been dominating the draft instead of obliterating it is taken to mean that other countries are passing us
It's an expensive sport everywhere, but Canada is the only top 6 country where the participation numbers are decreasing.
And... sadly you are right...
Another obstacle in Canada is just affording to play...
True...

Hes really nothing special. Still solid though.dube hands of stone
Well hopefully none of those darned rich white kids!Yeah. Unfortunate. I know a lot of people are just putting their kids in ball hockey now. Way cheaper and still decent hockey skills needed.
Idk how old you are but I can see us slipping. Countries like America are starting to care about hockey. And when they care anywhere close to as much as we do, they have 10 times the population to fuel that.Other countries have passed us when they start winning back to back Olympic Golds when the best players are there. When they start winning 5 straight World Juniors or back to back IIHF WC's.
Canada will continue to have more players drafted into the NHL every year than everyone else for our lifetimes.
Ya he strikes me as player who has reached his pinnacle right here.Hes really nothing special. Still solid though.
Yes, a game with no officials. That's the answer LOL
Just looked at the rankings, Canada barely has players ranked in the top10... just an odd weak year or is this a new trend, canada doesn't produce as good talent as they used to?
But I do agree. We might not be as dominant as we were but we’re definitely still #1Other countries have passed us when they start winning back to back Olympic Golds when the best players are there. When they start winning 5 straight World Juniors or back to back IIHF WC's.

Just play in outdoor rinks until they find you, simple. The deepforzen arctic Canada is full of rinks and ponds of natural ice also to deke and dangle, shoot and shine.
