Maybe just a bad period or game.

While Swedish team looked bad in the second
So far the only positives of this game are Dahlin, Jonsson, and Brannstorm. Pettersson's been okay but he looks tired. Liljegren and Nylander have been awful. Real defensively challenged team.

Holy hell that is the worst period of junior hockey I've seen Sweden play in a long time f***ing pathetic.

Liljegren has been great this game, 1 penalty doesn't change that. Amazing pass, shutdown Zadina for 4 shifts in a row, moving the puck really well.

Let the hate flow through you.

I really don’t think he has been. He’s looked slow. Has been caught on the wrong side a few times. Wandering at other times.

I don’t have a whole lot of his game to compare, but he’s stood out more negatively to me.

Was thinking that Sweden was up with Canada, USA and Finland as one of my favorites for gold but that period was pretty bad.

Chasing him around in the d zone isn’t shutting him down. He’s made a few good plays as Bob just showed but aside from that he’s looked behind the play when he doesn’t have the puck

Bad coaching by Montén. Offensive face off with 40 seconds left of the period, Czechs have just scored a goal. Montén brings out the Pettersson line... with Lindström again at center. Lindström of course loses the face off and Sweden later get another penalty. I was 99 % sure he would bring out Andersson to try to create offensive pressure in the last minute..

Liljegren has been fine I don't get what some of you are seeing lol.

Not a stand-out but definitely not bad.

The first and 2nd even strength lines for Sweden looks pretty disjointed for the most part. They are being saved by their powerplay. The line combos don't have much chemistry
