Nylander look awful. So slow... and floating when he doesn't have the puck. Must be worrying for Saber fans to see.

Now you know why there has been so much talk about the Swedish coach in the Sweden thread. The guy makes lines that that are just weird.
Tolvanen played 23 min for finland while pettersson barely is playing

Sitting at a desk.
Chasing him around in the d zone isn’t shutting him down. He’s made a few good plays as Bob just showed but aside from that he’s looked behind the play when he doesn’t have the puck

He really hasn't...chasing him around the DZone is his job, he's playing man-to-man defence against Zadina...

I guess this coach doesn't like juggling the lines at all when they don't work. Stubborn persistence for combinations that don't work

The first and 2nd even strength lines for Sweden looks pretty disjointed for the most part. They are being saved by their powerplay. The line combos don't have much chemistry
Playing your 4th line center with your best wingers on ES isn't the best idea, as anyone with a brain can see. Hopefully Monten grows one before the next period/game.

Enough of those other guys, It's Brannstrom who needs to step it up in the 3rd.

He's been uncharacteristically iffy on both sides of the puck today.

I predict he engineers a goal in the third.

The Nucks fans are probably happy to see Elias Petterson take a Zucc wrist shoot! 2-0! ;)

Wonder why they pair him and Dahlin up, the two of them are sure fire pressure relief, kinda think that’d be a great asset to have on two different pairings.

Swedish offense at ES is truly nothing special IMO

Surprising given some of the names they have up there.
