Tough start but just don't give up on the festiness of little Rachel. Will be tough though...but it's much better looking now.

And that's it for the screaming ladies of the Rising Sun. Canadians win 8-3 after Japan gives it up after I believe the 7th end.

They never looked back after stealing 4 early.

And now I'm back to the main feed. Figure skating. Joy.

Any medals we might get tonight?

I think that eventually, the IOC will bring in E-Sports and things such as pool, darts & chess to the Olympics, and if they do, I'd stick them in the Winter Olympics. The "Winter" element isn't all that evident, but the Winter Olympics need more sports.

MMA. also. Although that might end up in the Summer Olympics simply by virtue of being similar to the existing combat events that are already in the SOs.

Wasn't aware they had to change their free program until I saw it mentioned elsewhere just now. Male skaters must really hate having to do this type of stuff in practice over and over all day for years. :)

The only thing I'm watching other than finals where Canadians may medal is curling.

It's the 3rd Olympics where I'm following curling. Love it, a lot of strategy and precision involved.

If I'd play, I'd be a lot more aggressive than those players. But hey, what do I know, they're there and I'm on my couch.

I play it once a a week. Tough sport. Very strategic.

“Luckily she had enough straps to hold her costume in place”. Yeah I don't think so CBC guys as they were zooming in using slo-mo right on it. Olympic nipplegate.

I just found this out. Thought it had happened to Virtue and Moir. Turns out it was a French couple. You can see it all on Reddit, if so inclined.

Back to more interesting stuff :sarcasm: -- Canada's men curlers are currently going at it with team USA if you want to catch it.

I was watching it live on CBC when it all went down. ;) Feel bad for her but it was only a nipple and it might even get her a gig as a nipple model or something after. :)

I usually only watch curling if it involves Russian women. :) I currently do have team Canada game on though but will likely be sound asleep before it ends. I enjoy watching curling.

She'll never be able to perform at the Super Bowl half time show. :sarcasm:

Unfortunately, she didn't notice how it was protruding while she was arched in a pose to end her number. And then, she straightened up and again it was in full view until she finally realized what was going on. One of those wardrobe malfunctions that divers usually experience.

Too bad Canadian men lost in curling but it was a tight game. I hope this doesn't impact on their ability to bounce back.

And now Poland won bronze in ski jumping. Great Monday morning for me. Gonna sleep well after my night shift.

LOL...I don't know about you guys, or the fact that I'm older but curling is exhausting.

And if you play while sipping a few, it can be downright life threatening
I never played and I'm ashamed to admit it to my close friends, but... I en...joy wa...tching curling.

I blame Vancouver 2010 and Kevin Martin's team.

We used to have a set of lawn darts before they outlawed them. Those were great outdoor fun. Especially long range throws.

I had forgotten about this episode until Melnick just played this Seinfield clip on air a few minutes ago. I still don't see what all the fuss is about. It's only a nipple right Jerry. :)

Jesus man is Norway dominating or what?

At the rate they've been racking medals they'll absolutely smash all Winter Olympics medal records, and it's such a small country population wise too.

Hot broom action tonight, as our guys go against the Japanese whom will hope to make Canada pay for that humiliation the Japanese ladies suffered last night at the hands of our girls. That is starting in a couple minutes. Speaking of which, Rachel Homan & friends are going VS China tonight at midnight.

Oh, and there's other sports too. Future WWE superstar Kailie Humphries (she visited their Performance Center, they're interested. I can see it.) is having her first two runs tonight. Biathlon is on. Canadian hockey is off tonight.

Haven't they always done well? I always link them to being cross country skiing giants even though I have no idea if it's actually true.
