Russia posted their extended roster list for the WJC. No surprise Kravtsov made it.

He also gave an interview to RIA Sport where he said he’ll be playing his last game with Traktor on Thursday against Astana before joining the national team’s camp. Said he’s a little nervous before WJC because he doesn’t have a lot of international experience.

I hope not would be big mistake as much I would be as excited as anyone else to see him in Ranger blue. Maybe finishing the season in the AHL wouldn't burn off the year?

I care little about the year of the ELC, but I think there might be potential expansion draft implications? Have forgotten the rules already.

I never advocate for burning a year off an entry level contract for a few games, but I will be in Calgary in March for the Rangers game so I can make an exception hahahaha

"North America" will likely mean mostly AHL time with a cup of tea in New York. But that's fine.

It seems like Krav has been pushing from day one to get over here as soon as possible. Even by the sound of interviews in the summer; he wanted to be here immediately, and Gorton was a bit more 'wait and see' about it.

I'm pretty certain the only one you'll see in that Hartford lineup is Kravtsov.
