Someone said they saw him as a mix of Kuznetsov and Yakupov with their strengths and weaknesses but didn't really elaborate on that so who knows what they were talking about
Yeah, it was his "feeling". At least he was honest in not knowing what he was talking about unlike many here.

Yakupov was an amazing prospect, i see no problem with Kravtsov being compared to him, kinda fits stylewise aswell.

I can actually see certain elements of Yakupov in Kravtsov but the problem with comparisons is that people always assume it's about overall outcome. That's why people complain when Chytil is compared to Malkin. Or when I compared Lias to Jagr, purely based on the vision, and the ability to be in position despite not being the quickest skater.
Comparisons should always come with a disclaimer.

I still stand by my conspiracy theory that Thomas got a concussion at Traverse City when he got rocked by Brayden McNabb, it was improperly diagnosed, and it derailed his career.
You don’t drop off a cliff from one junior season to the other like he did unless there was something happening behind the scenes.
I too hope he tears it up. Seems like a great guy.

Traktor only 2 points out of a play-off spot by the way. It seems unlikely they trade Kravtsov as long as they are in the hunt by December
