Oh, I also forgot to mention it’s Miller vs Quinn Hughes this weekend. I’m going to try to watch both games, but I have some stuff I have to go to later today and tomorrow, so I’ll see how late I’m willing to be to either of them

Just had a nice shift in the offensive zone, made a good pass to set up a forward at the blue line who got half way to the net before he was angled off, Miller kept driving to the net and the puck ended up getting there and he knocked it out of mid air that went into the goalies pads. And on his next shift while I was typing this, a Michigan forward got the puck around the redline, Miller cut across to the other side of the ice and stepped up at the blue line, the forward tried to slide the puck passed him one way and go around Miller the other way but he read it and stopped going for the hit and just took the puck and went the other way

Edit: he’s also really good at getting into lanes to prevent players from driving the net when the puck is on the opposite side of the ice as him in the defensive zone

Miller a little nonchalant at the side of the net watching a puck battle and the puck gets past him to set up a Michigan player for probably their best chance of the game, goalie made a great save to keep the game 1-0 Wisconsin, and now Wisconsin going on the powerplay

They’re not matched up 1 on 1, it just seems every time Hughes is out for Michigan, Miller is out for Wisconsin, moreso than Miller being sent out against specific forward lines
