This team is a mess offensively. You’ve got all these weapons and you can’t get the ball to them. Infuriating.

And Shurmur looks like he’s in over his head

The line only “looked good” because of the check down city offense. I am not convinced it would have been as “good” if they tried to push the back down the field.

They do need to try something, maybe keep the TE in to block, idk. As it stands today, this offense is hot garbage.

Mustering 10 points vs the Saints (before the game was essentially over)...truly pathetic.

Going to be another long year. I don't even know what this team needs besides a quarterback. It's a weak year for them upcoming, of course. They need everything except a running back.

I have never seen a QB consistently get around 3 seconds all game, have the playmakers as the Giants do, and still not be able to put up 20 points. Rofl.

Loving these 5-yard dink and dunks and all of these passes behind the line. 80% completion rate since no one is around our receivers due to them being BEHIND THE f***ING LOS.

At the draft, they have to go QB at 1. Trade up if you have to (love that we could've avoided all of that last year  ). I'd like to see them grab a center in 2 or 3 if they have those picks. If Cajuste falls from WV, grab him in 2 and throw him to RT.

They "looked good" because they were consistently giving Eli ~3 seconds to throw all game. Yet even when he had no pressure, Eli was dumping the ball off well before anyone got to him. It's an astounding lack of situational awareness from Manning. Frankly, Manning's TTT would be hovering around 3-3.1 seconds overall this year if he wasn't checking it down every single pass. He's petrified of getting touched. He refuses to step up into the pocket. It's just awful football to watch.

They should probably consider doing this as it would be more successful than what ever the **** they're doing right now.

They can't do this since Manning doesn't have the mental ability to read a defense any longer. He also doesn't have the courage to stand in the pocket and move up behind the center. He's mentally shot and has a declining (yet still serviceable) arm.

Yet even when he does go with a mid-range shot, he overthrows his receiver. OBJ has clearly had enough of that, too. But good on him for not ripping Manning in the post game.

I'm as big a fan of Eli as there is, and as big an apologist for him, but I think it's clear he's just done, at least from the perspective of where this team is right now. He still shows some flashes, and think he would be great on a team that's a "QB away," but I think for THIS team, for where it's at, it's just time to go in another direction.

I feel like I'm watching other teams put up 20+ a week, and I'm watching the Giants struggle to get across the 50.

THat used to be Jacksonville but at this point I think even Coughlin would rather have Bortles.
