Knights have a better winger corps than the Kings ever had, but the Kings defense was so much better they’re hardly even comparable.

Kings also had way better centers.

Pretty evenly coached though I gotta say

Uhh... I wasn't talking about talent wise. I was talking about system.

Knights are gonna win the Stanley Cup who's gonna beat them. It's time to go do a "Who's gonna beat the Knights" thread on the main board.

No doubt Vegas is trash but the Sharks are just embarrassing themselves. The Sharks can't go through them so I'll enjoy that for now and will continue to hope that Vegas gets destroyed in round 2

i'd rather see vegas lose. at least the sharks fans are decent

I've had the complete opposite experience. Sharks fans are the most aggressive and bother me the most, I think the norcal inferiority complex is the reason for it, but f*** Sharks fans.

Just so tired of watching Vegas players fall like they've been shot and guys get suspended and/or thrown out of games for it.

They are easily the most unlikeable team if you stripped away the team name and jerseys. I have history with these San Jose f***s yet I hate Vegas more.

Anyways, need SJ to extend the series so Vegas doesn't get to rest. Then again, I prefer Vegas doesn't get to watch them win the series at home. SJ can't win with that goaltending. Joke regular season stats getting exposed right now.

Oh, this Tampa stuff is delicious, as is Pitt flaming out. Just fantastic.

Feel real good for those die hard CBJ fans though. This is the pinnacle of their fandom. We can all relate so I'm happy for them and would love to see them get to experience a deep run.

Tampa though hahaha. Cancel the parade I guess haha. Soft as baby shit.

But do they take credit for originating it and also have a SoCal inferiority complex and constantly cry about Dustin Brown like Sharks fans do?

Oh I didn't know that they boast about the creation of the chant lol. To be fair, according to most fans, Browns slaughtered half their lineage.

What a different Stanley Cup playoffs this year. The past few years, the edgy and sandpaper part of playoff hockey appeared to be dead. Refs were calling everything and not allowing much roughing and aggressive play. And now, the physical teams are dominating. I am glad we still have Brown, Clifford, and now guys like Gundstrom and MacD. I don't think physical/heavy hockey is dead, but as always, teams still need skill, talent, and to play a fast pace game (not necessarily foot speed).
