Having said that, the competitive factor usually gives him a boot up the ass. Earlier in the season when Skinner was closing in on him he'd score a few to maintain the lead so maybe this is what he needs to motivate him.

Also, I can’t see them finishing out the remaining schedule the way they need to if OV doesn’t pot a few more goals. So hopefully he picks it back up.
He always has these mini-slumps around milestone goals.

And that's why I f***ing hate the Lightning and am really concerned about the Caps having to play them.
They have this ability to just elevate their game and come from behind etc and win. I don't think they were doing that last year so to me it indicates a new level of confidence and self belief.
Oh well - we'd have to make it to Eastern Conf finals to see them anyway - still a long way to go.

I don't feel ill will for Tavares, but Leaf fans yeah that would be rough. Until they lose in the first round

Wilson nearly blew Kucherov up in the last game. Kuch saw him at the last second. I could just imagine the uproar over that if Kucherov didn't survive it in one piece. Then Kempny was taken out without a peep. So....Kuch better have his head up

Adam Fox apparently returning to Harvard next year and will not sign with the Hurricanes.

He was part of that Hanifin-Hamilton -trade. That's turning into terrible one for the Hurricanes now. Not the only terrible trade they made last summer, either.
