Wouldn't be surprising. Pettersson's wingmate and best friend is Jonathan Dahlen, who the Canucks just got at the deadline from Ottawa for Alexandre Burrows. Benning might be looking to reunite them.

Bc Jessiman draft we passed on tons of other guys who went on to be NHL stars from that 1st round.

The 1999 draft had zilch in it after the Sedins. Brendl was the right pick based in the prospects available.

Toews and Kane wanted their boy Saad back. There was no trade to be made there for any other team.

so guys if Two top d like Liljigren and Heiskanen are there at 7 vs two good centers like Suzuki or Glass are there. who do you take? if Deangelo has potential for top 4 like many are saying with his skills on the ice probably Glass or Suzuki would be better pick

They're both bad. Just Jessiman is worse to me bc of who was available after him. That's all.
