World Cup: 2016 World Cup — Team USA

Seems about right. This is going to be a very tough tourny for the US and will be interesting to see what type of team they want, fast and skilled or more of a tougher grind it out team. But not having Bylsma coaching is a step in the right direction.

I think the U.S. should be one of the favorites. Excellent goaltending, a deep defense with both size and skating/puck-moving ability, and a strong forward group with skill and size.

At this point I would rather see Nick Leddy over Cam Fowler to be honest, but either way its not that big of a deal. Also, Okposo needs to make this squad - maybe it is my love for Islanders but Okposo should be here.

Faulk and Shattenkirk should be there to run the two PP units in my opinion. They are really fantastic at that. I expect both to be on the team and that likely squeezes Johnson out.
