At least Krüger looks to be healthy for wednesday. I wonder if Grönborg replaces Rakell with Backlund on the wing.

Of all those players I definitely would choose Silfverberg in that role. Non of those players are better then him on the PK or overall defensively the closest one is Nyqvist (He's very smart on the ice) and those players don't bring much grit either to be honest, but they to have some nice skills and more speed.

Yeah, I think we were quite a few people who were pleasently surprised by Krüger and Silfverberg in the first game. That line with them and Hagelin seemed impossible to play against.

Yes, and let´s face it, Sweden has a so much better team than Finland player by player so it shouldn´t look that way. Ok, two sudden injuries and a Dman playing forward could explain a bit but, I mean, Barkov is the only Finn who would make team Sweden.
I liked him in the 2014 olympics as well. I was a bit sceptical to have him on this team since he didn't have a great season but it seems like he can still deliver defensively!
I missed the first game.
Does someone have the energy and time to list their grades of the Swedish players in that game?

So Strålman was dominant?
He was surprisingly skilled and taking charge. Didn´t know he was this good. Great hands, great skating, great awareness. Hjalmarsson was a real stud defensively and also showed some sweet moves with the puck. This D is the best I´ve ever seen. Finland got three unneccesary/lucky goals. Defensively we looked unbeatable in the first game. Ekholm was much better than Lindholm was in the second game and the shutdown line with Hagelin, Krüger and Silfverberg was unreal at the PK. Sweden dropped several steps to the second game likely due to the injuries. Hope Krüger and Rakell gets back and that Ekholm is playing instead of Lindholm.

If think this is fair for the players in relation to each other but I would put everybody down one number as we lost. Maybe keep Sedin line a 4. 2 is still passing.
