Honestly, for those watching the Leafs and Sens game:

If the Bruins added at the deadline, does either of these teams or Montreal really scare you in a best of Seven?

Leafs speed scares me,although now that Bruins haven't been playing as much time in there own end they don't scare me as much.Although just having the Leafs in playoffs scares me.

This game is a lot different compared to the Anderson-Andersen battle of the season opener, that's for sure.
Both goalies were beyond horrible that game.

That should seal it. Toronto's one point behind with one game in hand. Their points per game is only slightly better than ours and heavily trendy downwards.

Dave Strader was back in the booth calling the game for Dallas after battling cancer. He calls a great game and I wasn't sure if he'd ever be back.

After winning the game in overtime, the Stars did the team stick raise and skated in the direction of the broadcast booth, aiming their sticks at Strader as if to say 'This one was for you.'

Strader felt humbled by the gesture and I have to say, my eyes started to sweat a little.

Read and article recently that highlighted all the difficulties he has faced with his treatments. They nearly lost him at one point when he had a horrible reaction to a round of chemo. Terrific announcer and I'm sure many hockey fans were happy that he was able to return to the booth. I'm sure he is a source of inspiration to many. Continued success in the battle to overcome such an ugly disease.

Damn, Eller and Connolly have nice chemistry together. It's too bad Burakovsky got hurt. Those 3 were really clicking.

McElhinney doing his best to keep Toronto in the lead. 19 saves already. PP for Leafs now, their PP is the best in the league iirc.

Just in case anyone's still sulking over losing Loui Eriksson, I'll give you the helpful advice of visiting the Flyers/Nucks GDT or the Loui Eriksson thread on the Vancouver page.

So glad we dodged that bullet.

Looks like Trouba will be getting a few days off for his head shot on Stone.
