Agree. Järnkrok has been given so many chances on the national team and never done anything. 2 points in 28(!) WC games as an offensive player.

Only me who thinks that it's interesting that they always miss the World Championships over the last 10 year because of "family/private issues" and "injuries" - BOTH AT THE SAME TIME?

I just think this makes it clear that they are too tired of playing WHC and their excuses are just getting too lame.

The one time they showed up turned out pretty great though. I'm fine with it they usually decline but when they come they really give everything they've got!

No surprises here. Forsberg, Ekholm, Edler, Hörnqvist would all be nice additions.

I would wait with Ekholm a few days untill it gets clear who says no and who says yes among those that will be eliminated in the first round. You do not want to turn down to EK or Hedman just beauce the team is filled even before the tournament has started.

Expected that sedins turn down. But also to bad, because we are missing a first line center, and there are not that many of them.

The guy's a genious! Just dominates the ice. Now backed up by killer defense! Steers the opponents to a darker place.

Agree, even if Berglund did do a good playoff, and right now he would probably be first line center. So if not any big center comes, I would take him hand down.

Wouldnt mind Gunnarsson, but yeah no difference maker and same as with Ekholm, we should wait with him to see who else may may come after the first round in SC.

Steen is a lock if he wants to come.
