I agree, but this is FIFA and the first time in international play, hence the fact he'll get one game.

I also love the people who were defending him in the soccer thread a while back.

The guy is what he is at this point. A dirtbag who will never learn. We're not talking about a 21 year old, the guy is 27. If he hasn't learned now, he never will. He's been a professional for years.

Well, Suarez could get nothing at all. If the referee states that he saw the incident and deemed it unnecessary to punish Suarez for it, than FIFA won't do **** about it. Knowing FIFA and the Refs at this world cup, i am going with that possibility.

Suarez is a ****ing dirtbag and should get banned from international play for life, will it happen? Who knows, but my guess is, that it will not happen.
 
FIFA have no justification to suspend him from Liverpool. Given that, I'm not sure that history gets "transferred" from club incidents.
FIFA can sanction players with up to a 2 yr ban for biting though, not sure on the degrees, but there is no way to defend this sleezy ****er.
 
lol Greece. But well deserved today. Cote d'Ivoire with one of the worst performances in the tournament.

Instinct is fine, but it should be awarded a red card. Taking the law into your own hands is not something we want to see on the pitch, just like the biting, just to be clear.

Every FA is part of FIFA and have to accept punishment of players in their leagues set by FIFA. They have the power to ban him from every tournament hosted my FIFA's membership associations for up to two years.
