1Interesting to note When camp breaks the #CBJ might have all 4 pieces of the Nash trade with #NYRangers in their lineup Dubinsky Anisimov

Some #CBJ lines: Calvert-Dubinsky-Atkinson; Hartnell-Anisimov-Dano; Letestu-Wennberg-Foligno; Rychel-Chaput-Boll; Hjalmarsonn-Tyrell-Tropp.
I honestly don't think Tropp is a lock for this roster. In my view he doesn't really bring much to the table that we couldn't get out of Rychel. Tropp, to me, just has not looked that good this PS. But, as seeing I'm not making decisions, who knows?
wonder if hjalmarsson has a clause like melart did that if he doesnt enjoy the AHL and he can head back to Sweden

Isn't it fair to say that there are quite a few Europeans that don't enjoy it, sulk and then leave ?
Oh, if we EVER needed a Don Cherry impersonation, it's now!
Is Wennberg starting in the NHL for you guys this year? If so, in what role?
Well I'll give u 3 examples, Svitov 3rd pick in his draft yr, Alexeev 8th pick in his and ur guy Filatov ( not sure how high a 1st rounder)
Judging by comments I read tonight from Todd Richards, it sounds like he thinks Wennberg is ready for the NHL. I think the question is where he fits best. He was spending time at wing today after being at center for camp so far.
It certainly sounds like he'll probably make the team. They are just trying to find where he fits best.

Ah Svitov. What could have been.
Side note, I own a pair of his skates and dude has the funkiest shaped left foot ever.

His comments also tell me Chaput is going to be the 4th line center.
He's a lock.
I don't think anyone is paying attention to Tropp. You know what you're going to get out of that guy when it counts. Solid 4th liner, good at keeping the cycle going.
Based on injuries and who is left. Its a pretty safe bet he'll be in the lineup opening night. I think Rychel end up being the odd man out with Dano and Wennberg both playing opening night. Not with any line pairings, I see the following staying:
Hartnell, Anisimov, Wennberg, Atkinson, Calvert, Dubinsky, Letestu, Foligno, Dano, Tropp, Chaput, Boll with Gibbons and D'Amigo the extra forwards.
Rychel ends up being the odd man out simply because he needs to play and not ride the bench.
When Johansen finally signs and Jenner gets healthy, it will be the tough choice for who goes down.
I may be wrong but I think just about every one of the spare forwards will have to go through waivers with the exception of the rookies. If D'Amigo and Gibbons do their jobs, then its easier to demote the young kids versus risking losing them to waivers unless they think they'll go through without being claimed at the time.
I don't see Horton playing at all any time soon so I'm not even considering his roster spot.
