Never mind. They changed the rule on that.
I think it's because COL is unlikely to pay him the arbitrator's award, which would indicate a high likelihood of trading him?
Why is COL having such a hard time managing this guy? Does he just want to get a huge payday and they want no part of it? 2 straight years of gritty contract dispute between him and COL can't be good for the overall relationship..
