I've tried to forget everything about Grachev, I was one of his biggest supporters. He may have had speed but he didn't play a speed game IMO. Like BrooklyRangersFan said. I just don't remember being blown away by his speed.

meh. i think we as a group just overrated him because we say a 6'4" guy with a nice shot and good straight line speed. as a 19 year old he had 80 points in 60 games playing with a great center most of the time in either hodgson or duchene. at roughly the same age duclair was significantly more productive.
