I mean, I trust him in the fact that he works for TSN - he just rarely is the one to break news.
Every one of his coworkers is getting drunk and watching the Jay-Z/Timberlake concert - so I guess he has to be the one for now :laugh:

Good news on Yayo. Hope he can break through this year. Now Henrique and Brunner/Grabo and we're set. I'm expecting some good news soon I just have a feeling.

Gretzky is from Brantford too. Former Oiler, who are now captained by Taylor Hall, Henrique's former linemate.

We're ****ed. He'll be signing to play with his GF Tay Tay.

I know the majority of Edmonton talk is sarcastic but don't the Oilers have a surplus of forwards? Unless Henrique plans on playing defense I doubt he'd go to Edmonton. I would say I have no clue on why Henrique would want to leave a historically winning team for a team that is in re-building mode and hasnt made the playoffs since 2006 but we just lost Parise to the Wild and Clarkson to the Leafs...

Nothing shocks me anymore.

We all mock the Oilers now, but give them 2-3 years to develop, 1-2 decent UFA signings, and establish a solid goaltender, and they'll be well within range of a playoff spot. A few years later, and they'll be searching for a cup.
