If the first character in a tweet is a "@" symbol, followers can't see the tweet in their feed unless they follow both Twitters.
That's why you'll see a lot of celebs start their tweets with ".@" because they're talking to somebody but they want all of their followers to see it.
In order to see the tweet, you have to follow the Kings or go to the Devils page and view the replies.

Yeah, those moves really put us over the top. It's almost like we haven't lost like 75% of our games for the past month and half.
Real solid acquisitions right there, the team needed those 4 moves real bad... I couldn't agree more.

This is the way Clarkson has always played. Is it possible you are being duped into thinking he has regressed heavily by the fact that a) he got a disproportionate amount of bounces to start the season and is riding a streak of bad luck and b) due to the loss of Zach Parise, injury to Ilya Kovalchuk, and general ineffectiveness of our other top players, Clarkson's deficiencies are being cast more to the forefront as he is being asked to fill a role he is not capable to fill?

that whole thread is filled with stupid though. all i know is the kings and their fans won't ever stop bragging about that cup win, so expect the devils to get tweeted every anniversary and everytime they release something relating to it (that was the purpose of yesterday's tweet).

He has a facebook page already, I'm guessing the pages are going to have basically the same stuff that is probably put there by somebody the Devils approved of. There's no way he posts the stupid "lets get pumped up for the game tonight" stuff, before every game.

They can tweet us all they want. That one Cup win is all they have compared to us and they know it. There's only so much trash you can talk when one's recent Cup win gets farther and farther behind.
Same can be said for us but I don't see Devils social media talking **** to anybody.
i didn't think the devils' response was all too funny or clever either. but what exactly are they going to say? probably should have ignored it. whoever runs the twitter over in LA has nothing better to do. their banter with the canucks got them attention & laughs last season because the canucks are an easy target, but since then it just reeks of a nerd on a computer trying to start "internet fightz"

This board is way too funny. People complain about Lou not making moves, when he clearly has. I'm pretty sure we've made more trades than any other team this year, and all of our trades have been buys. Then people complain about giving up draft picks (late ones, no less), while simultaneously complaining about how bad our drafting has been the last 10 years in another thread.
Captain Lou said it best in the Sabres postgame thread. A bad losing streak brings out the stupid in people.
