They just had to over-perform for the first half of the season, getting your hopes up. It's just the way this ****ing team works.

I'm sure the Mets will probably be a game out of a Wild Card spot come the ASG, making me start to wonder if something magical is in the works (against my better judgment). And then they'll play 20 games below .500 the rest of the way. :laugh:

There are times that I really just want to quit following sports.
 
If there was some way we could get both Watkins and Lee I'd be beside myself.
 
Best thing for this team long term is to lose out, will help giving the Raiders and Browns wins for draft position.
 
The amount of venom I want to launch at this team for picking Millner embarrasses me bc this is just a game and he could still develop. I'm laughing thinking about the Mcilroy game (O line wise)
 
If Jets lose today, which in all likelihood they will, they need to let Simms/Geno (whoever they decide to roll out with the rest of the season) loose. Texans are letting Keenum loose, Buccs letting Glennon loose, for God's sake the Raiders are letting McGloin loose!

Also there is no reason for Ed Reed to be starting over Antonio Allen, let the kid play, he has been fine this year. Rex loves these old Ravens, like when he just let Bart Scott play over Demario Davis last year.
 
Only players on receiving corps worth keeping are Kelley and Cumberland. The rest can go. Hill is non existent. Holmes never should have been signed. Winslow is okay, but would like a young TE. Everybody else is replacable. Keep the defense. It is fine when rested. They have to be gassed at some point. Resign Landry. Need to find some weapons. Sign some free agents who can make a difference.

Cumberland is a joke man. I think Winslow is better than him.
