OT: 2013-2014 NFL Thread II? (Giants suck; Jets play Monday)

Eli misread that completely. Just horrible awareness there. Man alive. I keep reversing the DVR and watching that. It's actually sort of hysterical once you get past the annoying aspect of it.
 
People complaining about the lack of running game. The O-line can't run block. We have a talented RB in Wilson. So it's not a lack of talent.

I wonder will this team be Clowney bad.

********. The defense wasn't on the field for as long as last game. As a matter of fact, the D played better last game whilst being on the field more than this game.

Even then, when you make contact with the opposing D on numerous occasions, there is absolutely 0 reason for that QB to still be standing.
 
I have a very, very strong feeling that we will have a losing season this year, Coughlin will "retire," but Gilbride and Fewell will get fired.

The D DID play better last week. However, they also played good this week. I can't believe I would ever think a 41 points against performance involved good D, but this game was all on the offense. A bunch of short drives and turnovers. You can't win a game when you can't keep the offense on the field.

No way we run a losing record with the schedule we have. I'd be absolutely shocked with anything worse than 9-7.
 
Alright, gentlemen.

An 0-2 start was not what we were really looking for there. Stealing one against the Cowboys would have been great.

Let's get real though. A game behind in the division, which is still wide-open. In Carolina next week. Don't want to say it's a must-win game yet, but this is a team the Giants NEED to beat up on. Get some confidence in their legs. Get a number in the win column.

The division is wide open, man. This team has the talent.

You can't tell me missed sacks, missed tackles, and doing God knows what on a fumble is considered "good." Am I really to believe that the reason Denver scored on their first drive in the 3rd was because the defense was gassed? If you're insinuating that, then, ****! We really have some really out of condition football players on this team.

I wouldn't be surprised if we screw the pooch against our divisional rivals. So we'd be 0-7.

I'd much rather go with more of a sure thing. Don't want to go small school or project.

I'd love Clinton-Dix. You gotta go DB in the first with this draft. Loaded with talent.

Khalil Mack is no project, man. He's Clay Matthews-Lite. Best LB in the MAC no doubt. He might go top 15, pending how the rest of his season goes.
 
We should beat Carolina. Kansas City seems a little iffy to me. Wouldn't be surprised if Philly runs all over us.

If we go 0-5, if we're not dropping the axe on some coaches then at least let JPP sit out the rest of the season. Having back surgery a few months ago and to expect him to play great is a bit asinine.
