Susie-Q - I often find it is CHEAPER to see the Bruins when I'm traveling. Pittsburgh, Columbus, NYI, NJ - occasionally Buffalo and Philly I can all go to cheaper than Boston. That's if I'm in one of those cities already for work.

If you ever go to Phoenix to watch hockey - you can usually get tickets for less than $10 bucks a seat.

We WERE goiing to do Nashville this Feb...:( We like music (not country so much but still would be fun).

I have been to Philly, Wash, Tampa, FLorida Panthers, San Jose, LA, Anaheim and Prague. Would love to seea game in Phoenix,Toronto, Montreal...and others.

BTW...Nice to see you posting again. ;)

I want to feel excited but am sick of getting pshched only to find out it is a no-go yet again.

I really thought this deal would be done by now.

Watching the Celtics game. They said that the ice is down and it is freezing inside of the Garden. Joe Hags was asked about this and he said that everyone fully expects that there will be hockey on the 19th.

We've been down this road before so I will believe it when I see it.

TSNRyanRishaug: A huge amount of food was just seen delivered into NHL offices. Looks like another long night ahead.

Sorry. I was excited then that the ice was down and have been living with the disappointment since then. I'm doing my civic duty to temper expectations in that regard.

Ice can be made, melted, and then made again. Everything is set up for a season......and then, ......melted.

No refunds...I was foolish enough to take option #1...:shakehead..I thought hockey would be back by now and didn't want a price increase next year. My credit card was just hit for the last payment so I have paid in full.

Oh well...bah...:pout:

I thought they were still doing refunds for option 1.. i did option 2 because was ready for the stupidity to ensue. Sorry to hear that.

Wonder if Bruins are opening Saturday on the road in Buffalo and then playing MLK matinee as originally scheduled against the Leafs for a home opener.

That will be pretty cool

I'm afraid we'll have to settle for a Mumbles Menino speech at the MLK breakfast.

Thought they were going to have a different schedule?

At this point I'm more excited for Disney On Ice than the prospect of the NHL coming back.

I'd like to be excited by both but at this point, but I'm just fustrated it got this far in the first place.
