Refs sucked tonight but the celtics proved you don't talk smack about a proud veteran team. As much as I hate Boston, pierce, etc the Knicks were outclassed tonight

And to the 'Melo lost his cool crowd'...that had nothing to do with him missing shots. From the opening tip you can tell he was off.
Unfortunately, it was a bad game for him to lay an egg. First egg of the season.

I don't think I've ever seen Melo ever get this heated. Could definitely tell how much he wanted one of those 3's to go, but just was off all night...Would prefer to you know, see him not wait by the Celtics lockerroom or by their bus
and just save it up for the next game against them...Can't wait for the next time these two teams play though..
I think we have some problems when teams are just that physical against us - like Chicago a few weeks ago. Sheed and Shump getting back's gonna help our toughness though.

I believe Garnett said something personal. Melo is normally more composed than that. Those kind of agitators like he and Avery, always take the trash talking to personal levels.

Think he must have said something about LaLa. 'Melo went to the Celtics bus after the game to try and talk to KG, and now they're talking about supplemental discipline on 'Melo. I don't really have all the details about this situation. Anyone know anything more?

KG is a piece of **** thug.
Carmelo was stupid for doing things the way he did but that doesn't change the fact Pierce and KG are two of the biggest pieces of **** in the league.
Wish Melo made them pay on the court, though.

If we cut someone it's probably James White now that Shump's practicing, so not really a big loss. Hopefully not Copeland...Martin would help our toughness but he's a bit of a head case.

As a Nets fan seeing Kidd in a Knicks jersey is bad enough, seeing K-Mart in one would just make it worse. My favorite Nets in a Knicks uniform....yuck!

This could only end in one way and the script for Hollywood is already written. It started with a innocent post on the Internet, that trended into a world wide petition to get OlaLala together. After an incredible turn of events, it seems like it finally will happen. Me in real life/the character in the movie walks on the streets of Manhattan towards Tiffany's, where LaLa is standing outside with a donut in her hand waiting for me. On the way there I walk past MSG. I shady character approaches me and asks if I want to buy tickets for the afternoon ranger game, only "100 bucks". I put my hand in my pocket and takes it out with a wrinkled c-note I didn't know I had. I say "it's destiny give me the ticket". I run into the garden (in slow motion in the movie, think of the girl running in Crocodile Dundee 2) with an expression of pure joy on my face and screams "Maaaaarrtty sucks". LaLa looses her patient after a while and walks home.
