The Knicks are just a selfish team. They have the pieces to be the best team in the league. They have depth especially when healthy. Main problem is you have players like A'mare, Melo, and JR who spend too much time with the ball and never look to pass. Loss of Felton is huge but watch them on offense with anyone running the point. No movement. Just an embarrassment to watch. I go to Rutgers, by no means a good basketball program, and I enjoy watching them play more than the Knicks because they play simple basketball and hard defense. Knicks make the game way too hard for themselves (except for Chandler).

The problem is they stopped playing defense. That won them a lot games early.

Knicks need to go on another big win streak to restore my faith in this teams playoff chances.

Hurry up, Shump, Ray and Sheed. We need you bad.

Thankfully the Rangers are back on so my mind can swing away from this disaster.

Nets with their 5th straight win tonight. It was their 3rd in a row by 20 points (interestingly, all 3 were exactly 20 points) - first time they've done that since they were in the ABA. The team is now 7-1 since replacing Johnson with P.J.

LOL Really JR?

Everyone is starting to play like the bad versions of themselves. Chuck-Melo, stupid JR, no D STAT, no shotKidd...it's like bizarro world, except I guess bizarro world was the beginning of this season.

I'm confident we'll see a more cohesive unit and stronger team play when Ray, Sheed and Shump come back.

Ugly win but it's still a win.

The combo of Stat and Melo on the floor on the same time just sickens me. It represents everything that used to be wrong with the Knicks.

Once Felton and Shumpert retrun, the Knicks just play two whole units. Neither should include Melo and Stat sharing minutes. In fact, If Melo plays PF, then Stat should swap out with him.

This team will never win a championship with Stat. I thought it was our year too. Shame.

It's safe to say my hatred for the melo-stat combo is very close to Marbury-Curry.

Stat coming back has somehow made this team look lost.

Team has look lost long before Stat came back.

Played a great first half against a bad team...but now we're back to no ball movement and no D without Tyson on the floor.

Too much standing around. I know Felton getting hurt is part of it but the offense just looks like garbage for weeks.

Agreed. Right now it looks like that 3rd quarter was an aberration for this game, but based on the last month i'd say our cohesive offense is the real aberration.

Hopefully when Ray comes back teams have to respect the pick and roll again to open up room around the perimeter for movement. There's been a serious case of IsoMelo and IsoJR recently.

Yeah getting Felton back is going to be big. He just created a lot of offense through pick & rolls and getting to the rim. Created a lot of perimeter shots, opportunities for Tyson and for himself. Was a big part of our offense and now there's just none of it. Offense has been pretty stagnant since he's been out. On the flip side, Shump looks great !

Since I am a fan, I will hold of major criticism until the playoffs. They might win the division, which is a nice first step in the right direction. I just hope they return to their first 10 games of the season type intensity, I've never seen that type of Knicks team in my life.

You see alot more ISO because there is no other option. There is no PnR because Kidd can't penetrate.
So teams just look to stop Melo. Unless he's really hot, teams won't double. No one else to pass the ball to because there's no other threat and no one can create their own shot.

Shumpert looked fantastic. Can't wait until he's ready to play 30 minutes.

Amar'e and Melo don't work. Woodson is kind of trying to make it work because they play together a lot. Unfortunately we don't have a 4 that fits. Wallace fits but he's old and hurt. A young Wallace would be great.

I'm selling a red Nets Brook Lopez jersey, sized XL. clean and in nice condition. (It's not swingman, but the other cheaper one.) PM if interested, willing to part with it for a lower lower price.

Evans still an embellishing piece of ****.

Really wish our offense wasn't IsoMelo and IsoJR right now, but whatever.

Well IsoMelo is working...JR just can't hit anything.
