I actually made my little half-brother, who is 14, download The Wall last weekend.
Not only a great album, but also a great film.
Wait until he's a little older maybe for that one

He had it for a while now, it used to be blue.
Are we really going sit here and claim a Pink Floyd album released in 1994 was the only decent music put out that year? (and it wasn't even)
STP - Purple
Bush - Sixteen Stone
Beastie Boys - Ill Communication
Weezer - Blue Album
Nirvana - Unplugged
Megadeth - Youthanasia
The Offspring - Smash
Testament - Low
The Toadies - Rubberneck
There are a lot I'm not even thinking of.
Pink Floyd Pulse came out...that's about it..
Pink Floyd toured the Summer of '94, I was there.
What an amazing time, especially since I was 20 yrs young.

So did The Division Bell. Underrated Floyd album.
So jealous. Never going to get to see my all time favorite band perform live![]()
I came home from the hospital and "watched" it with my Dad.![]()
Reading the above lists, it'd be awesome if SBOB listened to the Beastie Boys. I don't know why I find that so funny.![]()

Bad Religion - Stranger than Fiction
Beastie Boys - Ill Communication
Beck - Mellow Gold
Johnny Cash - American Recordings

I'm shocked no one has mentioned Alice in chains jar of flies. Awesome album.
Yanni Live at the Acropolis is an amazing live album as well.
Both released in 94'.
JOF for youRecorded in '94. Released in '95?
'94 was the last gasp of Seattle grunge. Live in NY. Superunknown. Vitalogy. Jar of Flies. Probably some others.
Musically things are so different '94 might as well be back in the Baroque era.
Man I love Youthanasia. Such an underrated work, I put that up against anything Megadeth has done.
I love reminiscing about music and culture from '94 because everything from that year makes me think of the Rangers![]()
