Rangers have to approach this like any game though.

Isles still have that 4th line intact and they always help set a tone for their team and building. Isles fans will be expecting a loss so you cant give them any added momentum.

IMO Islanders do not want to cancel home games.

Our Sunday game is up for debate if players dont get back off of protocol
 
Also I had a dream that Evan Rodrigues shot the puck at Igor after the whistle blew and Fox jumped him and gave him a nasty beating so hey that could be a sign

i f we play this game why wouldnt we play Sunday? Especially if no new cases dont arise.

also could it be possible that the isles could get a player or two back off protocol by then?

Islanders management may petition a little harder when it's not their money getting messed with

I'd add they aren't built for it at the best of times, but now they seem to suck in pretty much every other dept on top of it.
So falling behind to this version shouldn't be the same chore to make up for.
It's hockey, anything can happen. But with how we've been playing the last couple of games, even letting in one or even two shouldn't proclaim the end of the world.

Selfishly I wouldn't mind the game being canceled. Don't need to be hearing from their fans saying we beat Bridgeport. I'm going miss it because of driving back to NY.

Lol never saw this. I'm surprised that the fans are pissed at the player. The Islanders' GM is the one who messed up here.

If you can't get a contract locked down by the deadline, you have to trade him to a contender. Allowing him to hit free agency in an open market is like, the dumbest business decision you could possibly make. Players are free to go where they want to go once they hit free agency - they don't owe anyone anything and should be treated like self-interested parties rather than loyal team members.

I'll never hate on a player who simply chooses to be on another team unless he publicly tanks his own trade value (Kravstov).
 
Boy if the Rangers lose this game it will be the most embarrassing loss in 95 years of Rangers hockey

Remember last year when the Rangers lost to the Devils who had not practiced or played a game in like 3 weeks? this loss would be worst
