My personal opinion and I saw it a couple times last night is that Chytil isnt strong enough, he get muscled off the puck and I think he's still a bit scared out there to be honest. That's why his minutes are limited in the final minutes, Quinn doesn't want to say it because he is trying not to kill his confidence but hes just a kid, they are trying to ease him in. A guy with his talent,no matter what line he is playing on has to create some chances but he is just not ready yet. They will give him more time when he is.
Then send him to Hartford for a bit to build his confidence again.

Regarding Andersson/Chytil

Filip isn't being used right and probably needs AHL time
Does NOT mean Andersson has not earned more time either. Kid has been playing great in the A and didn't make a lot of mistakes, and overall played a good game.

Chytil can't carry the puck effectively.. He loses it way too easily. He's weak on the puck. He struggles to find open ice and read the game.

He's 19 and playing on a smaller rink with the best talent in the world. It will take time but to say 'it's only because he's on the 4th line' is disingenuous

I want him to succeed. The main gripe; give him a shot on the 4 on 4's/3 on 3's.

Petterson is a little twink out there and he’s not having a problem. You can tell a Chytil is playing kind of scared and without confidence.

“Wow I can’t play the way I want to play at this weight against better larger players.”

Sending him down for confidence isn’t going to fix anything because it’s not a mindset issue.

Send bim down woth a plan to bulk up and get more agressive.

AHL isn’t a junior league , there’s full grown men there and he did fine: It’s more of a gap in the speed and skill level that’s Chytil is having trouble with.

All this talk about Chytil not being strong enough is really ****ing stupid.
Like @KirkAlbuquerque mentioned players like Pettersson are super thin and lanky and are just fine. If they actually put him in a situation to succeed he would be ok
